The decoction degreasing KA-No. 2 is a process that works even at low temperatures and has a very good dissolving power for synthetic oils, normal oils and fats. It can be used universally as immersion, spray and ultrasonic degreasing for steel, copper, brass and die-cast zinc, but only to a limited extent on aluminum. When supplemented with caustic soda to increase conductivity, this product is also ideal for electrolytic degreasing. With this system, the basic salt structure and the surfactant components are delivered separately, which allows an approach that is tailored to the needs of the customer. The decoction degreasing KA-No. 2 is suitable for drum and rack goods with the respective surfactant combinations.
The immersion degreaser KA-No. 5 is a 2-component degreaser that works even at low temperatures and has a very good dissolving power for synthetic oils, normal oils and fats. The degreasing salt was specially designed for large and / or heavy components, which dry relatively quickly in the air after degreasing, which can lead to errors in the subsequent coating process (haze / clouds). This product can also be used universally as immersion, spray and ultrasonic degreasing for steel, copper, brass, zinc die-cast and aluminum in both drum and rack systems.
The Dekaleen KE 67 is suitable for the effective electrolytic degreasing of iron and steel parts, but also for copper and its alloys (mainly cathodic). The product contains complex-forming substances as specific additives, primarily for water softening. This means that the bath can also be used with water with a high degree of hardness without impairing the degreasing effect. The raw materials used also cause the parts to be electroplated to be extremely active.
The electrolytic degreasing bath Dekaleen KE 595 is an effective, modern product for degreasing iron and steel and also has a limited effect on non-ferrous metals. The electrolytic degreasing agent KE 595 contains substances that make it possible to use tap water with a high degree of hardness. These specially selected substances not only improve the degreasing effect on the metal surface, but also cause the goods to be electroplated to be highly active.
The pickling degreaser Dekacid BE RF is used for pre-cleaning and removal of rust and scale layers on iron and steel. The removal of the rolled skin on deep-drawing material is just as thorough. The concentrate contains emulsifiers and inhibitors, which guarantee an excellent degreasing effect without attacking the base material. Pretreatment with pickling degreaser Dekacid BE RF ensures good and even adhesion of galvanically deposited metal coatings.
Decacid No. 5 removes oxides from copper and copper alloys, pickling sludge from aluminum and tin alloys and activates brass with a high level of lead, phosphorus, bronze and lead-tin alloys. Soldered copper-brass workpieces can also be activated in Decacid No. 5 before electroplating. The parts treated in Decacid No. 5 have a semi-gloss surface. The surface activated in this way can be further electroplated without any problems. Decacid No. 5 is chromic acid-free, does not smoke and is very thin, so that the pickled parts can drip off perfectly, which minimizes carry-over losses.
